How we do it
Cleaning is fitted between the boxes, keys and moving schedule.
A move creates a narrow window in which several people may need the property. We begin with the key times: when removers finish, when keys change hands, whether utilities remain connected and which rooms will be empty. A move-out clean may focus on cupboards, appliances and surfaces revealed by furniture. A move-in clean may prioritise bathrooms, kitchen storage and floors before belongings arrive. We price those situations from the real layout rather than treating both as an identical package.
The property is worked in an order that protects completed rooms. When possible, the team starts furthest from the exit and keeps one practical route clear for equipment. Kitchen storage is opened and cleaned only where agreed; fridges should be empty and defrosted when their interior is included. Bathrooms are completed before final floor work, and loose moving debris is removed from reachable areas. Boxes and personal belongings are not repeatedly shifted around the room unless that handling is part of the plan.
Timing is handled honestly. Cleaning cannot proceed efficiently while contractors are drilling or movers are crossing wet floors. If schedules overlap, we identify which rooms can be released first and which need to wait. Waste disposal, repairs and removal of abandoned furniture are separate services. Marks caused by pictures, heavy furniture, sun exposure or worn flooring may remain after dirt has been removed, and they are reported as condition rather than disguised.
The last check follows the agreed moving purpose. For someone leaving, we review empty storage, main surfaces and the route to the door. For someone arriving, we check the rooms needed first and ensure cleaned areas are dry enough for use. Optional oven, carpet and upholstery work is confirmed separately so equipment and drying time fit the schedule. The finished property should feel ready for its next occupant, with no confusion about what cleaning can and cannot solve.
